COLLEGIATE LEVEL OUTDOOR SPORTS FACILTY
Dowling Park Athletic Complex provides a comprehensive outdoor sports complex for both Purdue Northwest Athletics and the Hammond’s Parks and Recreation Department. The new athletic facility houses the playing fields for the Black and Gold’s baseball, men’s & women’s soccer, softball and men’s & women’s tennis programs.
Here, you’ll find NCAA venues for softball, baseball, and soccer, all featuring top-notch synthetic turf fields complete with bullpens, dugouts, and comfortable team benches. Enjoy the game from our individual press boxes with integrated spectator seating, and take advantage of our sports field lighting and two spacious batting cages.
The Complex also boasts a fantastic 6-bank tennis court facility, along with a service building that includes a ticket office, concessions, restrooms, and a training room. You can relax in our hospitality plaza and navigate easily with wide circulation walks, ample parking, and service areas. We can’t wait for you to experience all that The Complex has to offer!
